We are sprouting up from under the groggy dark days of winter. Stretchhhh your limbs & reawaken your sleepy body because the best of Chicago seasons starts now! Spring is popping up in a variety of ways in this beautiful city of ours! Winter really affects my mental, physical & even emotional energy.....in a bad way. I tend to feel so rejuvenated when the sun is beating down on my face, when I can feel a warm breeze & I am wearing less layers. Right at this very moment, I feel like I am shedding a 'seasonal layer' that I cannot wait to just leave far behind. How can we jump into Spring and re-energize?
