I find that regardless of the variation of plant based foods I eat, I always eat the following ten foods every single week. Yes, I will eat a lot more then this obviously but when I grocery shop, these ten foods always make into my cart!
And for those of you asking about my diet (aka food lifestyle) I am adopting, it is a combination of Deliciously Ella's diet 'philosophy' & the Engine2 Diet. And I am loving the new perspective & approach to nourishing myself with juicy & delish foods! My mindset has shifted drastically with this approach to food!
So there you have it! I also love & purchase a host of other delicious fruits (blueberries & pears are my favorite), veggies (I eat them all), grains (I make batches of quinoa), nuts & seeds!
