I strongly urge all of you to read 'Is Iron to Blame for Your Low Energy' by Dr. Josh Axe.
I know that for folks recovering from any adrenal and/or thyroid issue, that you must 'fix' your low iron 'issues' to fully recover. My own experience with low iron levels led me to getting educated. And one of the first places I went for this education was 'Stop The Thyroid Madness' website (and book). This book is such an incredible education regarding both the endocrine & autonomic nervous system. It's a must read as far as resources go!
And I have obviously really been impressed w/ Dr. Josh Axe. And this particular article that he wrote, covers all of the 'low iron' bases and how you can get yourself back to feeling energized sooner then later!
