Today will consist of a series of short posts to get your mind churning as to simple alternatives to make in your diets! A friend of mine named Payton sparked this post today because he shared that he has been craving & eating a lot of cereal lately. And I was sharing (aka preachin' - smile) how much sugar is in the majority of cereals & just how unhealthy that is. It is not worth it. Using Almond Milk, fill your bowl with your favorite variety of low glycemic organic fruits & raw soaked nuts. Add chia seeds & flax seeds. And slurp!
